The topic of “art and quantum" has so far received very little scientific attention. One aim of the symposium is to promote interdisciplinary exchange in this area. In addition, ideas for further activities of the project “Art and Quantum: Quantum2025 in art museums” are to be developed or fleshed out in terms of content. The symposium also serves to build networks between art institutions that would like to take up interdisciplinary connections to physics in art education and implement them on site.
